Shipping policy

Free shipping anywhere in the US

Shipping is included on every order in the United States. We can send your ring straight to your door, or to a FedEx location you choose, where you pick it up with a photo ID. You’ll get tracking as soon as it ships.

Fully insured with FedEx pickup

Choose pickup at a local FedEx location and your ring is fully insured by us the whole way, until it’s in your hands.

Picking up in San Francisco

You’re also welcome to collect your ring at our shop: 543 Grant Avenue, San Francisco, CA 94108. Just let us know and we’ll arrange a time.

When your ring ships

• Classic rings ship once your size is confirmed and the remaining balance is paid. If your ring needs resizing, we’ll give you the ship date before it goes out.
• Custom rings are made in 10–14 business days after you approve the final design, then shipped.

Outside the US

We currently ship within the United States only.

If there’s a problem in transit

Rings sent for FedEx pickup are fully insured by us. If anything goes wrong on the way, email alan@finejewelscollection.com right away and we’ll take care of it.
