No. It happens in stages. A $100 design deposit gets you your CAD design and center-stone details, and it comes off your ring price. We revise the design until you're happy, at no extra cost. Once you approve it, a materials deposit starts production, and you pay the balance when your ring is ready.

Most custom engagement rings are completed within 10–14 business days after your design is approved. If you have a proposal date or special occasion in mind, let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

In many cases, yes. If you have a specific deadline, contact us before placing your order and we'll let you know what's possible.

Yes. Most engagement rings can be resized if needed, and we're happy to help you get the right fit after your proposal.

Don't worry. We can help estimate the correct size based on a few simple questions. If it needs adjusting after the proposal, we can resize it.

Every custom ring is backed by our 2-year craftsmanship warranty for added peace of mind. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, polishing, and prong tightening when needed. If you ever experience an issue related to our craftsmanship, we'll make it right.

Warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft toothbrush are all you need for regular cleaning at home. We also recommend having your ring professionally inspected and cleaned periodically to keep it looking its best.

Yes. We work with clients throughout the United States through video consultations. You'll receive the same personalized guidance and custom design experience no matter where you're located.

Yes. Shipping is free anywhere in the United States. Choose pickup at a local FedEx location and your ring is fully insured by us the whole way.

Yes. You're welcome to pick your ring up at our San Francisco shop at 543 Grant Ave — a lot of clients like seeing it for the first time in person. If you'd rather we ship it, shipping is free and tracked anywhere in the United States — and fully insured when you pick it up at a local FedEx.

Absolutely. We design matching wedding bands for engagement rings we create, and we're also happy to make a custom wedding band to pair with an existing engagement ring.

We recommend planning ahead whenever possible. Designing both rings together helps ensure they fit comfortably, sit flush, and complement each other beautifully.
